


Junior High World History & Art History
Study world history with us from ancient to modern through the lens of art! Students will learn the history and story of our world from the beginnings of recorded time through modern times and explore the ways in which humans have used art to reflect the world around them. History lessons will explore the major movements and developments of society throughout the world while students study historical art and create weekly art inspired by major artistic movements and developments. Students will also study historic maps and geography and practice historical calligraphy. A student portfolio will showcase student art and essays via a historical timeline. We recommend this class to 7th and 8th grade students.
Includes a $250 materials fee.
Class meets once per week according to campus schedule.
